This is a superbly crafted coffee siphon. The Bellina TC3A ‘Gold’ model has the classic style of vintage Belgian and French siphons. This siphon coffee brewer is made out of high quality heat resistant glass- thicker and stronger than found on cheaper models. The base is made from metal with a bakelite hand grip. The re-useable cotton cloth filter ensures that the resulting brew is very clear- and far superior to the muddy, under-brewed, luke warm ‘coffee’ you get from a French press. Not only does it produce perfect coffee- at the perfect temperature- vacuum brewing is a joy to watch and coffee can be brewed right at the table.

This brewer kit comes complete with a measuring spoon and a glass alcohol wick burner. It is recommended that pure denatured alcohol or methylated spirits be used in the burner. This package deal also includes a high quality Butane Burner (check my other listing for the syphon with liquid fuel burner only). The butane burner can easily be refilled with common lighter gas refill bottles. You also get 5 extra cloth filters (these can be washed and re-used many times).
