This is a very rare Australian made "Ritter" General Electric (Melbourne) brand blade coffee grinder. As you can see in the images it has a superb mid century look- with a pale pastel blue hopper and white/cream body. The grinder shows some signs of its age and of use but is in excellent working condition. One of the three rubber feet is missing unfortunately (see photos). The plastic dome top is very good with no cracks, etc. These grinders can work quite well if used the correctly. The motor should be pulsed in short bursts- not left to run continuously. Running the motor for too long can overheat the beans... Fantastic little grinder alongside your vintage Atomic Coffee maker or in an mid-century modern kitchen.
